East Bali Tour is a Bali Full Day Tour Package to Visit places of interest in eastern part of Bali Island. The places that we are going to visit are :
1. Lempuyang Tempel
Lempuyang temple or most known as Gate of Heaven is one of the biggest temple in Bali islands, located in high land with fascination view of Mount Agung. From the gate of the lempuyang temple we can see an amazing view of mount Agung. Located at the slope of Mount Agung,Purwayu village – Karangasem Regency. not so far from Tirta Gangga Water Garden
2. Tirta Gangga Water Garden
Tirta Gangga Park is a park with a large pond, built by the king Karangasem in ancient times, which was used as a bathing place and recreation for the royal family. Which is now used as a tourist attraction in the eastern region of Bali.
The water in this pond is very clear and the water comes from springs in this place. along with time and development, the government made this place as one of the tourist objects in the eastern part of Bali island, the tourists could visit this place and could even take a bath in this place with cool and beautiful scenery.
Many tourists come here and take pictures in the middle of the pond and stand on concrete steps, while being surrounded by colorful koi fish, which gives amazingly beautiful photos.
3. Taman Ujung Water Palace
Taman Ujung Water Palace is a former palace of Karangasem empire, located in the village of Seraya in Karangasem regency, also known as a Taman Ujung Soekasada. It is located approximately 5 kilometres from Amlapura, and 80 kilometres from Denpasar aiport. In the Dutch East Indies era, this place known by the name Waterpaleis. The palace three large pools. In the middle of the pool, there is the main building named Gili Bale, connected to the edge of the pool by bridge.
Ujung Water Palace consists of various large pools and historic structures set against a backdrop of Mount Agung and the eastern shoreline. Set over around 10 hectares of land and consists of a myriad of vast pools built alongside structures that depict the rich history of the island. Mount Agung stands majestically in the background, while the eastern shoreline completes the picture of the amazing palace.
Visitors will be awed by the splendour of the palace as the palace has undergone renovations following the volcanic eruption from the nearby Mount Agung in 1963. Over the years, these renovations have made the palace a popular tourist attraction, drawing both indigenous locals and foreign visitors.
4. Virgin Beach
What do you imagine when you are on the beach? Lay down and relax in a sundeck with a hat and sunglasses accompanied by fresh young coconut water in a silence, listen into just the sound of the waves. You can get it all at Virgin Beach. This location is rarely visited by tourists and lesser explored by local tourist.
Actually, Virgin Beach has several names. Foreign tourists usually call it as Virgin Beach because the beach is far from the crowds and still natural. While other foreign tourists call this beach as White Sand Beach because only this beach around Karangasem city has white sand. Although the actual color of the beach sand is not whiter than Padang Padang Beach or Pandawa Beach.
The white sand on this beach depends on the volcanic content of Mount Agung. Yes, Virgin Beach is only about 33 km from Mount Agung. If you drive, it will take around one and a half hours to get here. From Taman ujung it’s only about 30minutes away.
